In the fourth quarter of 2024, Egypt's business app landscape on a unified platform showcased interesting trends. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five business apps.

Zoom Workplace from Zoom Communications, Inc. demonstrated a fluctuating pattern in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $2.9K in early December. Its weekly downloads hit a high of around 97K in late October, while weekly active users remained robust, fluctuating between 2.6M and 3M throughout the quarter.

Cryptoguru: Trading Academy saw its weekly downloads reach a peak of around 101K in mid-October. However, its active users showed a declining trend, starting from about 201K and ending at 123K by the end of the quarter.

Microsoft Teams experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 85K and reducing to 24K by the end of December. Despite this, its weekly active users remained relatively steady, peaking at 1.7M in early November before gradually decreasing to 1.2M.

e& money - EG, developed by Etisalat Egypt, showed consistent download numbers, with a slight peak at around 71K in mid-November. Active users saw a peak of 1.2M in late November, maintaining a steady presence throughout the quarter.

Lastly, the Telephony app, introduced by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority, made a strong debut with over 2.2M downloads and active users in its first week.
